Our Leaders are Defying Gravity!

A huge round of applause for Pack 208’s very own Cristina and Brad! They were recently honored at the Wicked-themed Iron Star District Dinner for their incredible dedication and service to our Scouts. In a room full of stars, these two shone the brightest. Thank you for always going above and beyond to make our Pack "unlimited!"

She’s Just... Wicked Good!

There has been a lot of "rejoicifying" lately! Our very own Tracy was recently recognized at the Iron Star District Dinner for earning her Wood Badge. This prestigious leadership achievement proves what we’ve known all along—Tracy is "popular" for all the right reasons! Whether she’s defying gravity to help our scouts or working her magic behind the scenes, she has truly changed our Pack "for good." Congratulations, Tracy, on this incredible milestone!

What is the Wood Badge? Think of it as the "PhD of Scouting." The Wood Badge is the most advanced leadership training program for adult volunteers in the Boy Scouts of America. It involves an intensive multi-day course followed by a "Ticket"—a series of self-designed goals that the leader must complete over several months to improve their Pack and community. When you see a leader wearing those iconic wooden beads, you're looking at someone who has mastered the art of team-building, communication, and youth development.
